How It Works:
Secure Your Review: Click "Book Consultation" to complete payment. Important: Please make a note of the doctor's name you selected, as you will need to enter it in the intake form after checkout.
Complete Your Intake: You will immediately receive an email with our Medical Consultation Form. Please fill out the details and list your specific questions.
Submit via Email: Once completed, please email the form along with your medical reports to the designated email address provided inside the document.
Receive Your Report: Your specialist will review your case (typically within 3-5 business days) and provide a comprehensive written report with their medical opinion and treatment plan.
