  • Strictly Need-to-Know: Your medical records are shared only with the specific doctors and medical teams in China whom we consult regarding your case.

  • No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification or medical information to any third parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage. All digital files are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Once the consultation is complete, if you choose not to proceed with treatment, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your data from our systems.
