This agreement governs your use of the MedBridgeNZ website and our medical concierge services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Scope of Our Medical Concierge Services
MedBridgeNZ is a medical concierge provider specializing in facilitating medical tourism to China. Our services are administrative and logistical in nature and include, but are not limited to:

Providing information about partner hospitals and healthcare facilities in China.

Assisting with the scheduling of medical appointments and consultations.

Coordinating communication between you and medical staff.

Arranging travel logistics, including visa assistance, accommodation, and transportation.

Offering language support and translation services.
3. Disclaimer: Not a Medical Provider
This is a critical component of our terms. MedBridgeNZ:

Is NOT a medical provider, hospital, or clinic.

Does NOT employ doctors, nurses, or any medical professionals.

Does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatments, or opinions.
All medical services are provided by independent, licensed partner hospitals and their medical staff in China. Any information we provide regarding medical procedures is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified doctor. Your relationship and any treatment decisions are solely between you and your chosen healthcare provider.
4. Patient Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.

Make all final decisions regarding your medical care in consultation with your chosen medical provider in China.

Comply with all laws and regulations of China during your medical travel.

Understand the risks associated with international travel and receiving medical treatment abroad.
5. Financial Terms and Payments
All fees for MedBridgeNZ's medical concierge services will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Fees for medical treatment are separate and are paid directly to the respective hospital or healthcare facility. We are not responsible for the billing practices of our partner hospitals.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed on a separate page. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete information.
7. Limitation of Liability
MedBridgeNZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your medical treatment, travel, or any services provided by third parties (including hospitals, airlines, and hotels). Our liability is strictly limited to the fee paid for our concierge services. We are not responsible for the outcome of any medical procedure or the conduct of any medical professional.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The collection and use of your personal and health information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
