Dr. Xiaoli Wu is a Chief Physician, Professor, and the head of the Comprehensive Scar Treatment Group at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital. After graduating in 1993, she has accumulated nearly 30 years of rich clinical experience, including 7 years in burn surgery and over two decades dedicated to the clinical treatment and basic research of hypertrophic scars and keloids. She obtained her PhD from Shanghai Second Medical University (now Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine) in 2005. Dr. Wu is highly accomplished in the field of scar diagnosis, prevention, and treatment.
