COMMON QUESTIONS
Planning Your Enquiry
Short answers about what to include and what coordination can—and cannot—cover.
Do I need to know which hospital I want to visit?
No. If you already have a hospital or city in mind, include it in the form. If not, tell us what stage you are at and what practical support you need, and we can help clarify the available coordination steps.
Do I need to submit my medical records now?
No. This initial form is intended to understand your request. If records are needed later for hospital or specialist communication, we will explain what documents may be relevant and how they can be transferred.
Can MedBridgeNZ guarantee an appointment?
No. Patient acceptance, appointment availability and clinical decisions remain with the hospital or specialist. MedBridgeNZ can coordinate enquiries, documents and practical arrangements but cannot guarantee acceptance, timing or treatment.
Is this form suitable for urgent medical help?
No. This form is not monitored as an emergency service. If you need urgent medical attention, contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional in your current location.
