Dr. Yong Yi, PhD in Surgery, serves as an Associate Chief Physician and Master's Supervisor in the Department of Liver Surgery at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. He is also a member of the Liver Tumor Group of the Shanghai Medical Association's Hepatology Branch. He is primarily engaged in basic and clinical work on the recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer.
Dr. Yi has extensive clinical experience in minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgery for liver cancer, with experience in over 2,000 liver resection procedures. He is highly experienced in complex liver cancer resection, hilar cholangiocarcinoma resection, and conversion therapy for advanced liver cancer.
